Vetting & DBS clearance
Every member of our team is personally interviewed, reference-checked and DBS-cleared before they set foot in a client's home. Checks are renewed regularly.

Non-disclosure & confidentiality
We are happy to sign your own non-disclosure agreement, and our team works under confidentiality terms as standard. We never photograph, discuss or publicise a client's home without written permission.

Key-holding security protocol
Keys are coded, never labelled with an address, and held securely. Every collection and return is logged, and alarm codes are stored separately and never written down with keys.

Dedicated cleaner consistency
You will be cared for by the same cleaner each visit, supported by a trusted deputy for holidays. No rotating strangers, no surprises.

Botanical cleaning products
On request, we use eco-friendly, plant-based products — gentler on natural stone, antiques, children and pets, and kinder to the river we live beside.
