Twenty years ago, Kim and Josina Castelo-Branco set out to offer Richmond something rare: cleaning delivered with the discretion and consistency of private household service.

2006 — today
Twenty years in Richmond
2006
Kim and Josina Castelo-Branco found the business, caring for a handful of homes on Richmond Hill.
2009
Word of mouth carries us to Kew and Barnes. Our first key-holding arrangements are entrusted to us.
2012
We begin caring for professional premises — small practices and private offices in Richmond town.
2016
Seasonal deep cleans and terrace jet-washing are added at the request of long-standing clients.
2020
Through a demanding year, we continue caring for clients with enhanced hygiene protocols and the same familiar faces.
2026
Twenty years on, still family run, still personally overseen — and welcoming a select number of new households.
